Digital Transformation Consultant

Location: Belfast (Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office)

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 (flexible depending on experience)

As the organisation develops its next-generation technology platform, they're looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant to help drive business change, improve operational processes and coordinate key transformation initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project delivery, business transformation or programme coordination who wants to play a visible role in shaping how a growing business operates.

The Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll support a range of transformation projects designed to modernise systems, improve business processes and deliver measurable operational improvements.

• You'll act as the link between business teams, technology partners and project stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.
