DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION DIRECTOR - Consulting Background

MAIN OBJECTIVE

As a Director within the Company Digital Team, you will lead project teams on analyzing business processes and derive Digital Transformation agendas for our international and local clients (mainly Middle East); and support the further development of Company Digital Transformation approach incl. service related to IT Governance, Data Analytics, Applications, Agile, Emerging Technology (AI, Process Mining, RPA, IoT and Industry 4.0).

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 12+ years of experience in a consultancy and thereby a deep understanding of professional consulting
• Experience in a client facing, digital consulting role
• Experience in client sales pitch preparation and delivery
• Ex Big 4 / MBB Preferable
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Understanding of complex business processes of any kind
• Hands-on experience in ETL and have worked with SQL, data analytics and visualization tools like
• Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik is a plus
• Knowledge in IT architectures and emerging technologies like AI, RPA, IoT and Cloud Solutions
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Weekly travel to Saudi Arabia mandatory (option also for KSA based applicants)

• Plan and execute workshops with clients to define the scope and approach for data driven analyse and customer journey design
• Manage full strategy and implementation of strategic digital transformation projects across multiple industry verticals
• Manage team of consultants and subcontracted staff to ensure technical delivery of projects
• Liaise directly with Senior Management and C-Suite executives
• Understand business problems from various industries and structure the analytical approach, using advanced analytical tools and statistical techniques
• Guide consultants in designing digitization products, solutions and implementation roadmaps in client projects
• Research and evaluate implementation partners to further develop Companys ecosystem for digitization
• Communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, in English (Arabic is a plus) to all hierarchy levels in the organization
• Support the advancement of Companys digitization capabilities
• Provide guidance and training to consultants
• Prepare proposals and present at client pitches
