Responsibilities
  • Client Success (40% of role):
  • Engage and Inspire - Demonstrate the skills, gravitas and confidence to convince C-level executives and Executive sponsors to engage in process and technology transformation engagements with our tea
  • Lead Client Engagements - Define and execute process and technology transformation sales offerings for large, global organizations across workflow automation, customer service and legacy transformation
  • Be a Pega technologist - Leverage deep understanding of Pega’s technology to design and lead innovation workshops with clients
  • Business Development (20% of role):
  • Build relationships - Create and nurture meaningful relationships with clients and partner teams that lead to new sales opportunities, client engagements, and increased services revenue
  • Drive pipeline - Develop strategies that generate new sales pipeline and expand Pega’s footprint within existing and new clients, directly contributing to revenue growth and market presence
  • Innovation (20% of role):
  • Identify and improve - Identify new and compelling ways to enhance Pega’s go-to-market motions for enterprise sales, driving efficiency and effectiveness
  • Embrace change - Incorporate GenAI, new AI tools and future technology into our ways of working
  • Coaching and Mentoring (20% of role):
  • Develop talent - Coach and mentor team members, ensuring they understand the business context behind our work and their specific roles in achieving goals
  • Foster a learning culture - Create an environment that encourages continuous learning and development, inspiring team members to reach their full potential
