The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Transformation Lead to join our Commercial team, based in Melbourne. You will create the strategy and architecture planning to allow execution and maintenance of digital customer engagement, and will partner with our sales and marketing teams to enhance omnichannel experience capability and planning.
You will be the subject matter expert and will build digital competency and fluency in Brand Teams extending customer engagement optionality. You will work with Information and Technology to identify the latest solutions and ensure there is compliance with corporate SOPs, privacy legislation and ethics.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will:

• Guide digital planning and implementation within CSL Seqirus.
• Gather Insights to and measure impact for improvement.
• Use innovation to build the digital strategy and implementation plans.
• Develop Digital Capability within the organisation.
• Maintain governance over digital technologies and compliance.

Your experience:

• A degree/qualification in marketing or equivalent
• Experience in marketing strategy development and multi-channel communication
• 5+ years’ commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or analogous industry
• In-depth knowledge of multiple social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Understanding of Customer Relationship and Content Management systems, marketing automation software, function of data warehouses,
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Google Ads and Social Media management is required.
• Project management including multiple-stakeholder, budget, human resources and vendors management
• Deep knowledge of supporting functions and field roles and related operations/processes specific to Pharma. Excel Patient Journey, Portfolio Management, Product lifecycle and Account Management
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
