Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives to drive innovation.
• Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging digital technologies, assessing their potential impact and value for the organization to stay ahead of the curve.
• Manage and oversee digital transformation projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and operations, to facilitate the seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
• Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred, showcasing a commitment to advanced learning and strategic thinking.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project implementations.
• Experience within the FinTech or Financial Services industries is highly desirable, showcasing specific expertise.
