Activities

AI Transformation

• Identification and evaluation of AI potential as well as development of a company-wide AI strategy
• Conducting AI readiness checks and deriving concrete use cases
• Development and implementation of guidelines for secure and data protection-compliant AI use across the company.
• Observation and evaluation of market trends and new technologies

Cross-project and portfolio management

• Responsibility for planning, managing and prioritizing digitization and transformation projects for selected areas of the company
• Contact person for product owners and departments for digital projects
• Development and management of a holistic digitalization strategy in close coordination with the DTM team and relevant departments.

• Completed studies or a comparable qualification with a focus on digitalization, IT, business or transformation
• Experience in project management and the use of agile methods
• In-depth understanding of digital technologies, especially in the field of AI
• Ability to translate strategic topics into projects and to support organizational change
• High level of initiative and communication skills
• Interest in current technology and digitalization trends
• Fluent German skills
