JOB TITLE: Digital Transformation ManagerLocation: Dubai

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Manager, Digital Transformation to help deliver an ambitious agenda: accelerating D2C as a share of total sales and stepping up our digital maturity. You will help govern the transformation roadmap, run strategic cross-functional projects, support D2C operations, and contribute to financial planning, revenue forecasting and cost optimisation.This is a hands-on delivery and problem-solving role. You will take projects end to end — from framing business case through vendor selection, build, launch and post-launch performance — working across markets, brand, IT, ops and finance to get decisions made and initiatives live.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRun digital growth and experience projects end to endOwn delivery of digital experience and services initiatives — Personalisation, BNPL and payment methods, express shipping, gifting, returns
  • Size the opportunity and build the business case: volume and revenue impact, cost to serve, payback
  • Run vendor RFPs and selection, then manage third parties through to launch and beyond
  • Coordinate IT, ops, finance, legal, brand and market teams to keep projects moving; own timelines, dependencies, risks and escalations
  • Govern the transformation programmes and report on performanceRun the operating rhythm across workstreams: steering committees, status reporting, action tracking, decision logs
  • Track KPIs and prepare monthly reporting for the Director, CDO and, where relevant, CEO and Executive Committee
  • Build clear, executive-ready decks and analysis with minimal iteration
  • Flag risks and trade-offs early, with options and recommended solution
  • Manage the Digital product roadmap and IT coordinationBuild the product roadmap for website, client/omnichannel and experiences/services jointly with the Director and CDO
  • Set up and run the Digital/IT task force and its governance; act as the business voice in prioritisation and scoping
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, and hold delivery to them through UAT and release
  • Measure post-release impact and feed learnings back into the roadmap
  • Contribute to developing Digital strategySupport the CDO and Director in shaping the digital roadmap by identifying, sizing and assessing growth opportunities
  • Run competitor and peer benchmarking to surface digital growth levers across D2C, e-retail and wholesale
  • Help define the omnichannel client journey between digital and stores
  • Support Financial Planning and Reporting Support preparation of monthly and annual digital performance reporting
  • Contribute to budget building and revenue forecasting, including scenario analysis
  • Support demand planning, stock forecasting and availability for D2C


  • PROFILE & COMPETENCIESExperience2–4 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, a digital or retail-focused consultancy, or a mix of consulting and in-house digital, strategy or transformation experience
  • Exposure to consumer, retail, beauty, luxury or DTC clients strongly preferred
  • Track record of delivering projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Skills and ways of working Entrepreneurial and agile mindset; thrives in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
  • Structured problem solving and analytical skills; able to frame ambiguous questions, build analysis and drive to an answer independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority across teams
  • Hands-on and pragmatic; moves easily between strategic framing and operational detail
  • Genuine interest in beauty, fragrance and luxury client experience
  • LanguagesFluent English required; French an advantage
