DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LEAD

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead for a 1 year engagement in Vancouver BC.
Our Client has received external funding to execute a five-year Digital Transformation Program. This is a comprehensive program to modernize operations, enhance the experience of clients and partners, and improve data-driven decision-making. They are currently in year two of the program and are seeking improve the program management and oversight of this work to improve velocity and delivery of the work.
This Scope of Work defines the responsibilities and expectations for the Digital Transformation Lead who will direct and oversee this initiative.
This is a Digital Transformation Lead who will oversee a portfolio of technology projects, often involving business processes. Projects will utilize a mix of both internal resources and external contractors to deliver the necessary work.

The Digital Transformation Lead will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of the digital transformation program across multiple business units. This includes:

  • Developing and managing the overall program strategy and roadmap.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Overseeing change management and communication strategies.

The Digital Transformation Lead may also support smaller projects through limited project management.
