• Proactively monitor evolving tools for new and relevant features and promote adoption
• Act as subject expert for Digital super user community
• Drive safe adoption of self service
• Knowledgeable escalation contacts for problem solving
• Conduct peer reviews for self-service apps & automations
• Utilise external partners, forums & webinars to learn functionality
• Assist with innovative prototype projects that can drive business value

Henderson Wholesale is a leading Wholesaler in Northern Ireland and supplies goods to over 450 stores across various brands such as SPAR, EUROSPAR and VIVO. We source from local farmers, growers and producers and are proud to contribute to our local economy and environment.

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

This important role within the Group Business Transformation Team focuses on improving processes across the Henderson Group by introducing digital tools.
Working closely with key users, the role will help develop and implement modern, efficient solutions that boost productivity and ensure accurate data is collected from the start.
