Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for a Digital Trust and Safety Agent fluent in Danish to join our team in Athens, Greece. This role comes with a paid relocation package to support your move. As a Digital Trust and Safety Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and trustworthy digital environment for our users by monitoring and addressing safety concerns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review user-generated content to identify potential violations of safety policies and community guidelines. Investigate reported incidents thoroughly, applying analytical skills to assess risk and recommend appropriate actions. Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports on safety issues and trends to inform decision-making. Keep up-to-date with emerging risks and best practices in digital trust and safety to proactively mitigate threats. Engage with users to promote understanding and adherence to safety measures. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and user engagement. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving safety issues. Familiarity with digital content management systems and safety tools. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with paid relocation support.
