Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Digital Trust and Safety Agent fluent in French to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package. In this position, you will ensure the safety and integrity of digital platforms by monitoring content and user behaviors and enforcing community guidelines. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content for compliance with safety policies and community standards. Conduct thorough investigations of reported issues and determine suitable actions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and maintain robust safety protocols. Produce comprehensive reports outlining safety issues and trends to support strategic decisions. Stay updated on emerging risks and industry best practices to proactively address potential threats. Engage with users to foster a culture of safety and compliance. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficient English skills are an asset. Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical abilities with sound judgment for handling complex safety situations. Excellent communication skills for collaboration and user interaction. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards safety management. Knowledge of digital content management systems and safety tools. Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with paid relocation support provided.
