Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Digital Trust and Safety Agent fluent in Spanish to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy online environment by monitoring and managing content and user interactions across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Review and monitor user-generated content for compliance with community standards and safety policies. Investigate reports of harmful or inappropriate content and take appropriate action. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety protocols and support regulatory compliance. Generate detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to guide decision-making. Stay informed about the latest threats and best practices in digital trust and safety to proactively protect users. Communicate effectively with users to promote adherence to safety guidelines. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Prior experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related roles is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex safety issues. Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and internal teams. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing digital safety risks. Familiarity with content management systems and digital safety tools. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with paid relocation assistance provided.
