In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring a secure and trustworthy online environment for our users. Your work will involve monitoring content, addressing safety concerns, and implementing policies that uphold community standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content and interactions on our platforms to identify and respond to potential violations of safety policies. Conduct detailed investigations into reported safety incidents, utilizing analytical skills to assess evidence and recommend actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and develop safety policies that promote digital trust. Create and present comprehensive reports on safety incidents and trends to guide strategic decision-making. Stay updated on the latest trends and challenges within the digital safety landscape to continuously improve our practices. Engage with users to raise awareness of safety practices and educate them about navigating online risks. Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken) is required. Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a similar field is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills to effectively address user safety concerns. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and managing potential risks. Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and digital content management systems. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
