Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dedicated Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in both Danish and English to join our team in Bulgaria. In this critical position, you will help create a secure digital environment by monitoring content, managing safety incidents, and ensuring compliance with community standards. Your role is essential in protecting users and fostering a culture of trust online. Key Responsibilities Continuously oversee user interactions and content across our platforms to identify potential violations of safety protocols and community standards. Conduct comprehensive investigations into reported safety issues, applying analytical skills to evaluate evidence and provide sound recommendations. Collaborate with various teams to develop and enhance policies designed to support digital safety and trust. Generate detailed reports analyzing safety incidents and trends to support informed decision-making. Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in digital safety to proactively improve safety measures. Engage with users to educate them on safety practices and raise awareness about potential online risks. Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively handling user interactions and safety issues. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and challenges. Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
