In this essential role, you will play a key part in ensuring a safe online environment for our users. Your responsibilities will include monitoring content, addressing safety concerns, and helping to enforce community guidelines to maintain digital integrity. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content and interactions on our platforms for potential violations of safety standards. Conduct thorough investigations into reported safety incidents, analyzing information to recommend appropriate actions. Collaborate with various teams to develop and enhance safety policies that promote trust and security within the digital community. Prepare detailed reports regarding safety incidents and trends, providing insights to support informed decision-making. Stay updated on emerging trends and challenges in digital safety to continually improve our safety protocols. Engage with users to educate them about safety practices and raise awareness regarding online risks. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven problem-solving. Excellent communication skills for effectively addressing user interactions and safety issues. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards identifying potential risks.
