In this critical role, you will be responsible for helping to create and maintain a secure online environment for our users by monitoring content, handling safety concerns, and enforcing community guidelines. Your expertise will be essential in fostering trust and safety across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content and interactions to ensure compliance with safety protocols and community standards. Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents, utilizing strong analytical skills to assess evidence and recommend appropriate resolutions. Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and enhance policies that promote a safer digital environment. Compile and present detailed reports on safety incidents and trends, aiding in informed decision-making by management. Stay current with the latest developments in digital safety to proactively improve safety protocols and community strategies. Engage with users to raise awareness about safety practices and encourage responsible online behavior. Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills for effective user interaction and issue resolution. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying risks to user safety.
