Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a qualified Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Greek and English to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment by monitoring content, investigating safety concerns, and enforcing community guidelines. Your work will help ensure that all users have a secure and positive experience on our platforms. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review user-generated content to detect and address potential violations of safety policies. Conduct detailed investigations into reported incidents, analyze evidence, and recommend appropriate actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine safety policies and procedures. Provide comprehensive reports and insights on safety trends and incidents to support management decisions. Stay informed about current digital safety challenges and best practices to continually enhance safety measures. Engage with users to promote awareness and education around digital trust and safety. Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Experience in digital trust, safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions and safety concerns effectively. Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential online risks. Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
