Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a highly motivated Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Norwegian and English to join our team. In this role, you will be key to maintaining a secure and trustworthy digital environment by monitoring user activities, investigating safety issues, and enforcing community standards across our platforms. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review user-generated content and interactions to identify violations of safety policies. Conduct thorough investigations into safety incidents and escalations, providing detailed analysis and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to develop, update, and enforce digital trust and safety policies. Prepare comprehensive reports on safety trends and incidents to inform decision-making. Stay informed about emerging threats and best practices in digital trust and safety. Engage with users to promote safe online behavior and respond to inquiries related to safety concerns. Fluency in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions professionally and effectively. Proactive mindset with a keen interest in online safety and security challenges. Knowledge of online safety tools and digital content management platforms is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
