In this vital role, you will play a key part in creating and maintaining a safe online environment for our users. Your responsibilities will include monitoring user-generated content, addressing safety concerns, and ensuring compliance with community standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate user interactions and content to identify and address potential violations of safety policies and community guidelines. Conduct thorough investigations into reported safety incidents, analyzing evidence and determining appropriate resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance policies that promote digital safety and user trust. Prepare comprehensive reports regarding safety incidents, trends, and insights for management decision-making. Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in digital safety to continually improve our safety practices. Engage with users to educate them on safety practices and raise awareness about how to navigate online risks. Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills to effectively resolve user safety issues. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude in identifying potential risks. Familiarity with online safety tools and content management systems is an asset. Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
