In this important role, you will be dedicated to creating and maintaining a safe online environment for our users. Your responsibilities will include monitoring content, addressing safety concerns, and implementing best practices to ensure user trust and safety across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content and interactions to detect potential violations of safety policies and community standards. Conduct in-depth investigations into reported incidents, analyzing evidence to recommend appropriate actions and solutions. Collaborate with various teams to develop and enhance policies that promote a safe online environment. Generate comprehensive reports detailing safety incidents and trends for management review to inform strategic decisions. Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in digital safety to ensure proactive and effective measures are in place. Engage with users to educate them on safety practices and foster awareness of potential online risks. Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Prior experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage interactions with users and resolve safety issues. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset towards identifying potential risks to user safety. Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is a plus. A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
