Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Swedish and English to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of users across our digital platforms by monitoring content, addressing safety issues, and enforcing community guidelines effectively. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze user-generated content and interactions to identify violations of safety policies. Investigate reported safety incidents, gather evidence, and determine appropriate actions to resolve issues. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance digital safety policies and protocols. Create detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Stay informed about emerging digital safety threats and apply best practices to maintain a secure environment. Engage with users to promote digital safety awareness and responsible online behavior. Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) is required. Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields preferred. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills for managing user interactions and resolving safety issues effectively. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset toward identifying potential risks. Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
