Responsibilities Monitor digital content to detect potential safety risks and policy violations Investigate trust and safety reports and take appropriate action to mitigate harm Ability to identify patterns in behavior that can be leveraged for improved decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and relevant decisions Communicate effectively with Norwegian-speaking clients to address safety inquiries and issues Analyze trends in safety incidents to proactively improve safety protocols and procedures Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
