The Team – your impact
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital User Experience Strategist (f/m/d) to join our Global User Support team at E.ON. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless end-to-end user experience across different IT support services and products, developing future-oriented strategies for digital and AI solutions and implementing and enhancing them continuously. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

  • Create exceptional digital user experiences for IT support services and processes
  • Develop and implement strategies for digital and AI solutions in IT support in alignment with the strategies for other internal services
  • Ensure end-to-end system thinking across processes, services and teams
  • Measure, analyze and improve digital user interfaces and user journeys
  • Collaborate with suppliers to enhance service agent experiences and processes
  • Work with product teams to optimize self-service UX and leverage automation potential
  • Conduct design and co-creation workshops, UX tests, and user research, and drive rapid prototyping where possible

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

  • Proven experience in UX design, digital strategy, and project management
  • Strong resilience and being comfortable in ambiguous or transformative business contexts
  • Very strong collaboration as well as verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Proven ability to motivate and drive others without having a formal leadership role
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to think systemically to drive end-to-end process improvements
  • Experience with working in agile teams
  • Willingness to travel approx. 2 days per month
