Digital Validator/Report Writer – Drainage Team
Location: Preston (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in writing drainage and water supply reports.
• Strong knowledge of Wincan software, drainage regulations, and WRC best practices.
• Ability to price work in line with client-specific schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT proficiency and experience handling customer queries.

• Drainage & Water Reports: Write and validate drainage and water supply reports for insurance claims.
• Technical Expertise: Understand and apply Wincan drainage reports, WRC best practices, and relevant regulations.
• Pricing & Compliance: Accurately price work based on client-specific rate schedules and industry regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, field staff, and external customers to clarify findings and ensure report accuracy.
• IT & Administration: Confidently use IT systems to process reports and handle incoming/outgoing communications.
