We are actively sourcing knowledgeable and skilled Digital Gaming Technicians/Specialists for a wargaming directive. II Corps is looking for an team player who is looking for a challenge, seeks adventure, and wants to help protect our citizens.

Salary: $100k/yr + benefits (may be negotiable DOE)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Secret Clearance
- Proven experience facilitating digital wargames
- Experience coordinating, preparing and setting up hardware and software assets
- Ability to facilitate execution of wargaming events; including assisting faculty and students in technical/network setup and operation of digital wargaming capabilities
- Experience and/or familiarity of wargaming clouds including Command Professional Edition, Strategic Command, American Civil War Strategic Command, WWI Strategic Command, WWII Order of Battle, War plan, Pacific Flashpoint Campaigns Red Storm and HexWar, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, ensuring thorough evaluations of digital content for accessibility compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding accessibility issues.
- First-hand experience in playing and/or facilitating a combination of traditional board wargames and computer wargames

- Assist in the purchase and procurement of tabletop wargames, digital wargames, and other wargame products
- Deploy, sustain, and secure post deployment software support for wargaming
- Provide training and guidance on digital accessibility best practices to team members and stakeholders.
- Focus on the augmentation of the organization’s Wargaming Library
- Prepare hardware and software assets and facilitate execution of wargame events
