MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Workplace Associate to join our team in Rome.

THE ROLE

As a Digital Workplace Associate, you will be actively partnering with team members, regional stakeholders, and local markets and you will play a key role in delivering technical support.

Your key tasks will be:

• Manage incoming incidents and requests regarding problems with account, desktop functionality, network connectivity and application support
• Maintaining continuous upkeep and improvement of local IT infrastructure, comms rooms, workstations
• Identifying, analysing, troubleshooting issues
• Recommend solutions to users to resolve their problem, help them implement the solution
• Update knowledge base with process change
• Support the implementation of new services to improve overall user satisfaction
