Then you might be just the one we’re looking for at JYSK Communications.
We are working on improving and expanding our digital platforms for internal communications and task management to enhance teamwork across the business and simplify information delivery to our store staff about changes. Therefore, we are looking for a skilled consultant with experience within digital workplace and User Experience (UX) to make a real difference for colleagues across JYSK.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has proven experience within digital workplace/UX
  • Has a proactive mindset, and the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward while also taking ownership of deadlines and deliveries
  • Has excellent understanding of MS365 collaboration tools
  • Has experience in creating impactful visual content (experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Figma will be considered a plus)
  • Has strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze digital data and adjust tasks based on digital performance
  • Can navigate working with different digital platforms, stakeholders and levels of priority at the same time
  • Speaks and writes English for professional use

Responsibilities
  • Developing, optimising and maintaining JYSK‘s digital workplace platforms to ensure easy access and self-service for the business
  • Developing, testing and implementing new functionalities
  • Turning input from different functions of our business into effective digital solutions
  • Monitoring digital performance, and adjusting tasks and developments accordingly
  • Knowledge sharing and training, so all colleagues know how to use the different digital platforms
  • Exploring new tools and possibilities so our digital portfolio is always up to date
  • Troubleshooting in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Help desk admnistrative support regarding digital workplace and collaboration tools at JYSK
