Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining M365 services. The M365 solutions engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of M365 applications and services within our organization This involves managing a range of technologies, including AD, Azure AD, M365, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), remote desktop services (RDS), enterprise mobility management (EMM), application virtualization and public cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital workspace solutions that meet the needs of our users and the business.
  • Configure and maintain systems to support the digital workspace infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with digital workspace solutions, including those related to connectivity, performance, and security.
  • Ensure security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and data loss prevention.
  • Provide technical support to users, either directly or through help desk staff, to ensure that they have the resources they need to work productively.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations on how to improve existing systems and processes.
