The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining M365 services. The M365 solutions engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of M365 applications and services within our organization This involves managing a range of technologies, including AD, Azure AD, M365, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), remote desktop services (RDS), enterprise mobility management (EMM), application virtualization and public cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users, either directly or through help desk staff, to ensure that they have the resources they need to work productively.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations on how to improve existing systems and processes.
