Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional onsite technical support focused on digital workplace and end-user computing environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, application, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage device deployment, imaging, patching, and lifecycle through tools like Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align tech delivery with operational needs and business goals.
  • Contribute to project rollouts and technology upgrades with minimal disruption to users.
  • Drive service excellence by documenting processes and mentoring junior techs
