Digital Workplace Solution Architekt (m/w/d)
Your Tasks
Als Digital Workplace Solution Architekt gestaltest du die digitale Arbeitsumgebung und übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Integration moderner Arbeitsplatzlösungen auf Basis von Microsoft-Technologien, Virtualisierungsumgebungen und modernen KI-gestützten Ansätzen.

Kernaufgaben:

• Architektur, Design und Weiterentwicklung von Digital Workplace Lösungen basierend auf Microsoft Produkten und Integration von Dritt-Anbieterlösungen in diese Umgebung
• Ableitung von hochsicheren Kollaborations- und Kommunikationslösungen für den on-premises Betrieb
• Analyse von Business-Anforderungen und Erarbeitung von Best-Practice-basierten Konzepten und deren Umsetzung.
• Steuerung und Durchführung von Migrations- und Rollout-Projekten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT Kommunikation, IT-Sicherheit, Infrastruktur und End-User-Support
• Erstellung von Architektur- und Betriebskonzepten sowie Dokumentationen im Rahmen der geltenden Prozesse für das Demand- und Change Management
• Kontinuierliche Evaluierung der Microsoft Roadmap und Erstellung von Empfehlungen für den Roll Out
• Technische Steuerung externer Dienstleister

Your Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, ein vergleichbares Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung und Führungsstärke als technischer Projektleiter, Fachexperte oder Solution Architekt in Migrations- und/oder Transformationsprojekten, gern im Konzernumfeld oder größeren mittelständischen Unternehmen
• Breites technologisches Fachwissen rund um den Digital Workplace mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft Lösungen, wie M365, SCCM/Intune, Exchange und Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview und Entra ID sowie der Defender Suite)
• Lösungs- und Architekturkompetenz gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, interne Kunden zu Best Practice Ansätzen zu beraten
• Hohe Kundenorientierung und sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationskompetenz
• Zuverlässige, analytische strukturierte Arbeitsweise, auch im Team
• Hands On Mentalität und Bereitschaft, auch im operativen Geschäft zu unterstützen.
• ITIL Zertifizierung
• Kenntnisse gängiger Architekturstandards
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
