Driven by its ambition for growth and scale, Inetum generated sales of 2.4 billion euros in 2024 For further information, please visit www.inetum.com Job Description Digital Workplace brings together all the services and tools of the work environment: the personal workstation of course, but also the smartphone, the corporate social network, communication and collaborative tools such as messaging, Teams, SharePoint, etc. You will be responsible for operational and incident communication for digital projects. This includes managing all communications (creation of user guides, communication materials, toolkits, etc.) to support user adoption and keep users informed about product evolutions. Own and manage communication activities, including the creation and distribution of communications related to product deployments and changes in the employees’ digital working environment. Lead incident communication for Digital Workplace tools, ensuring users are informed promptly and clearly about any service disruptions or issues. Contribute to the development, execution and management of communication and/or change projects. Provide guidance and support to users in adopting new tools and practices, helping optimize the overall user experience. Produce user deliverables such as user guides, knowledge articles, and community content and animations. Define, create, validate, and implement communication plans for digital workplace topics. Track, monitor, and report on communication activities, measuring the effectiveness and impact of key actions. When required, create and update training content (scripts, training materials, animations, video tutorials, etc.) for deployed products and services across the Group.
