Responsibilities

IT Services are responsible for all aspects of information-technology support and delivery across our University, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work both on-campus and beyond.
This is your opportunity to join and help lead our Digital Workplace Service Team in Cambridge, delivering a comprehensive digital workplace IT service, including onsite support in offices, teaching spaces, open access facilities and other operational spaces.
With two A levels in relevant subjects, you will be proficient with a broad range of common computer hardware and frequently used desktop applications. Previous customer service experience is essential, while a familiarity with supporting users in a busy corporate-scaled network environment would be advantageous.
Please note that this is a full-time role, on a five-day shift that occurs Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 08:00pm. Given fair notice, some additional evening and weekend work may be required.
