WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Driving digital transformation, you will coordinate and manage digitalization initiatives within the Systems Division, working closely with business units, departments, and key stakeholders
- Acting as the central communication hub, you’ll connect business units, departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Service), and the Systems Division’s digital ecosystem to foster alignment and collaboration
- You’ll take ownership of implementing and driving adoption of tools within the Digital Ecosystem, such as CRM software, pricing tools, and order tracking systems. Delivering impactful trainings and workshops will be a key part of your role
- By structuring and prioritizing requirements from business units and departments, you’ll ensure alignment with the regional digital strategy and communicate these effectively to stakeholders
- Managing the Systems Division’s digital ecosystem will be your responsibility, including domain and integration management, incident resolution, and promoting knowledge transfer and standardization across teams and units
