JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms, with strong analytical skills and a creative mindset.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan and oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Lead the creation and execution of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, videos, newsletters, and other digital content.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver high-impact marketing assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members or external agencies, ensuring consistency and quality of output.
  • Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
