Description:
Dillard’s is currently hiring Luxury Cosmetics & Fragrance Consultants for lines like Chanel, Dior, Guerlain, La Mer, etc. If you have cosmetics experience and are a proven seller then we want to talk to YOU! The ideal candidate will possess:
-A positive attitude
-A team-first mentality
-Great interpersonal skills
-A sales background
-Cosmetics experience preferred but not required
-Willingness to actively approach customers throughout the store and recruit them back to Cosmetics
Starting pay for these roles will be between $18-$30/hr base pay with an additional 2-4% commission possible on your personal sales.
