Job Description
Dilworth Hearing, (part of the Amplifon Group) has been providing paediatric and adult audiology services in New Zealand for over 50 years. We have 20 clinics nationwide and consider customer service to be the single most important aspect of our business.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.00pm) based from our Greenlane clinic, and covering Epsom, Remuera, St Heliers and Ellerslie clinic’s as required. The role is varied, including front desk responsibilities, greeting all our customers, scheduling of appointments, handling hearing aid repairs and over the counter sales, alongside conducting basic hearing screening. A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is a requirement for this role.
