REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in dim sum production roles is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of traditional dim sum items and cooking techniques is an advantage
  • Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety protocols
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • 5 days’ work week (Monday to Friday, 0715hrs to 1730hrs)
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of dim sum items
  • Handle production machinery and handmade dim sum
  • Support the dim sum chef in ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, steaming, and packaging
  • Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the work area according to food safety standards
  • Label and store ingredients and finished products appropriately
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
