Prepare and cook a variety of dim sum dishes Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance (HACCP) Control food cost and minimize waste Support kitchen operations and teamwork Assist in menu development and staff training Qualifications Experience as a Dim Sum Chef or similar role Strong knowledge of dim sum techniques Team player with good time management Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts Additional Information Pullman Ninh Binh a 283 rooms hotel and located in the heart of Hoa Lu city.
