Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO THE DIM SUM CHEF DE PARTIE ROLE

  • Assist in creating and following traditional recipes.
  • Utilizing traditional Chinese cooking techniques, such as steaming, frying, and baking, specific to dim sum preparation.
  • Collaborating with the Sous Chef to design and update the dim sum menu.
  • Managing the dim sum station and ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Introducing new dim sum items and seasonal specials to keep the menu exciting and diverse.
  • Supervising the dim sum team, training and overseeing operations.
