Description
Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of Variation Analysis Engineers. Manage performance, career development, workload, and staffing. Establish and maintain standards, templates, and best practices for VSA, datum strategies, and gauge validation. Own prioritization of work across programs, balancing the team's capacity with launch and current production needs. Bachelor's degree in engineering. 5+ years of experience performing 3D Variation Analysis using Vis-VSA or similar software in automotive applications or similar field. Master's degree in engineering. Strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and tolerance stack methods.
