Physical Demands:

  • May lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Stands and moves within the DFAC for 6 to 8 hours (excluding break and lunch periods)
  • Some bending and squatting.

Minimum Hiring Standards:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age at time of pre-employment screening
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process; including drug screen and background investigation and meet Company standards.
  • Must have a driver’s license and social security card present to complete application.
  • Applications are accepted at Building 6960 Azalea DFAC, Keesler AFB, MS.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the dining facility, ensuring high-quality food service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen staff, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
  • Utilize POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
  • Implement and maintain food safety standards and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Utilize cooking skills to assist in food preparation as needed.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license for occasional transportation needs.
  • Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a military CaC card (will not accept if this clause isn’t met)
  • Must demonstrate a clear lack of maturity in leadership of personnel (assessed during interview)
