Description The Dining Room Lead Server works alongside the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Service Manager and other associates to deliver best-in-class hospitality and dining services to ensure residents and customers have an outstanding and memorable dining experience. Key responsibilities include: Manage and inspect all aspects of the dining room: table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety. Prepare dining room for service: beverage station setup, table top condiments, appetizer setup, etc. Check tables throughout dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction and resolve any guest issues or concerns. Anticipate resident needs and ensure service delivered meets/exceeds expectations; look for opportunities to deliver “WOW” moments to customers. Work with the Executive Chef and Wellbeing & Life Services Director to ensure that resident diets and preferences are documented and followed. Position requires holidays and weekends as needed. Position requires flexibility to work days or nights to meet all needs of the operation. Position requires open availability. Requirements Position Requirements: Have 2+ years’ experience as a server; supervisory experience a plus. Be committed to and passionate about serving customers and delivering best-in-class service. Have strong time management and multi-tasking skills and good attention to detail Have a desire to motivate, coach and teach others. Be a great problem-solver.
