JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary and food production, with a passion for providing exceptional service in a restaurant or hotel environment. As the Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive outstanding dining experiences while managing staff and maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a culinary or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • A passion for hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food service.
  • Previous experience in hotel dining operations is advantageous but not essential.
