JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and a passion for creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and financial management within a dining context.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management and staff training & development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
  • Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is advantageous.

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
