Let’s get right to it—here are the must-haves for this role: * Weekend availability is required – You’ll be part of a weekend rotation. * You’ve led a team in the food industry before – Management experience is a must. * Strong leadership and people skills – You know how to keep things running smoothly and keep both staff and guests happy. ---------------------------------------- ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for a hands-on Dining Room Manager to join our team and help deliver an awesome dining experience every day. In this role, you'll manage the daily flow of the dining room, lead and support the front-of-house team, and make sure everything from service to cleanliness hits the mark. You’ll also be in charge of hiring and training staff, creating schedules that work for the team and the business, and working closely with the kitchen to keep things running like clockwork. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL NEED: * Solid experience managing in a food service or hospitality setting. * Good understanding of food safety rules and how to apply them. * Great communication skills.
