Le gérant(e) de la salle à manger est chargé de superviser les opérations quotidiennes de la salle à manger du restaurant Valley View.

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer les horaires, le personnel et la formation. (Serveur, hôtesse, bus)
  • Faire preuve d’un excellent leadership et contribuer à une culture de travail positive.
  • Gérer la mise en place, l’entretien et la propreté de toutes les zones de service.
  • Soutenez votre équipe et participez aux opérations quotidiennes.
  • Gérer les demandes de réservation et les appels au restaurant.
  • Gérer les stocks de boissons et d’alcools.
  • Négocier les contrats des fournisseurs d’alcool.
  • Tenir à jour la documentation des recettes de boissons et assurer la consistance.
  • Créez des menus de boissons, offres spéciales, recettes de cocktails.
  • Coût des boissons alcoolisées et des boissons.
  • Gérer et maintenir le système de point de vente.

The Dining Room Manager is responsible to oversee the daily dining room operations within the Valley View Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, staffing, and training. (Server, hostess, bus person)
  • Provide excellent leadership and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Manage the set up, maintenance, and cleanliness of all service areas.
  • Support your team and participate in the daily operations.
  • Manage reservation requests and calls to the restaurant.
  • Manage beverage and liquor inventory counts.
  • Negotiate liquor supplier contracts.
  • Maintain drink recipe documentation and ensure consistency.
  • Create drink menus, happy hour specials, cocktail recipes.
  • Cost liquor and beverage items.
  • Manage and maintain the POS system.
