QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years in luxury dining with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Level 1 Wine Certification and Alcohol Awareness Certification required
• Deep knowledge of Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5-Diamond standards

Experience:

• Forbes 5 star / AAA 5 Diamond: 2 years (Required)
• luxury dining management: 5 years (Required)
• Michelin restaurant: 2 years (Preferred

• Partner with the Restaurant Manager to uphold and exceed luxury service standards
• Oversee daily dining room operations, staff performance, scheduling, and training
• Serve as the face of the property, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable, personalized experience
