The Dining Room Manager works alongside the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Service Manager and other associates to deliver best-in-class hospitality and dining services to ensure residents and customers have an outstanding and memorable dining experience.

• Manage and inspect all aspects of the dining room: table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare dining room for service: beverage station setup, table top condiments, appetizer setup, etc.
• Check tables throughout dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction and resolve any guest issues or concerns.
• Anticipate resident needs and ensure service delivered meets/exceeds expectations; look for opportunities to deliver ?WOW? moments to customers.
• Work with the Executive Chef and Wellbeing & Life Services Director to ensure that resident diets and preferences are documented and followed.
