OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and restaurant management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Micros POS is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
  • Ability to manage cash handling procedures accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
  • Previous experience in hotel or barista settings is a plus.
