KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Oversee dining room operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work atmosphere
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service timing and special promotions
  • Handle guest concerns with poise, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining our commitment to excellence
  • Monitor floor activity, manage reservations, and optimize table turnover for a memorable guest journey
  • Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment (minimum 5 years preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a diverse team
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
